Job Description Managing execution of the project to achieve targets particularly in terms of timeliness, compliance with specifications, quality of work and budget. Collecting and analyzing each information especially from the Field Supervisor (SITAC /CME) about project handling, particularly consolidation of the obstacles that obstruct and doing escalation issues. Coordinating with all relevant parties, both internally and externally. Monitoring and evaluate the performance of parties. General Requirements Minimum S1 from Civil Engineering. Having minimum 3 year experiences in telecommunication company. Able to manage multiple project tasks. Familiar in design tools (AutoCAD & MS Visio). Excellent in computer skills Team oriented with ability to motivate, coach and supervise team members from various backgrounds. Will be placed in Kalimantan, Medan, Bandung and Pekanbaru.

Tower Bersama Group has initiated good partnership protocols with regulatory authorities to maintain best service continuity to our customers and compliance with national or local area regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to “menara bersama” tower development concepts. Workforce Tower Bersama Group has a workforce skilled and experienced in both build-to-suit and collocation site development as well as the acquisition of existing tower portfolios and tower companies. Our rollout teams are supported by technical design, new build and collocation engineering specialist and project management specialists across the country.
