Duties and responsibilities Planning manpower needs in accordance with company developments as well as coordinating and managing the process of recruitment and selection activities to ensure the availability of the required manpower in accordance with the demand and the desired qualifications within the agreed timeframe. Responsible for employee employment agreements. Responsible for the process of evaluating and evaluating employee performance. Develop strategies and policies for HR management in the company based on long-term and short-term strategies that have been determined in accordance with applicable government regulations in order to obtain HR with performance, capabilities and competencies according to the company’s wishes. Direct, analyze and manage remuneration practices and procedures to ensure that the remuneration package set by the company is competitive, in line with industry practices, in accordance with the company’s financial capabilities and internally fair. Develop a performance management system, as well as coordinate and control the implementation of the performance management cycle, from planning, mentoring, to performance appraisal, to ensure the achievement of individual, unit and company performance targets. Coordinate and control the preparation and implementation of training and development programs, including identification of training needs and evaluation of training, to ensure the achievement of the target level of ability and competence of each employee. Qualifications: Maximum age. 45 years old Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology Have a minimum of 5 years work experience as HR Manager and prioritized to have worked in a mining company (Coal Mining). Having relationships and connections related to the Mining business line (preferred). Has the ability to recruit, train, develop organization, performance appraisal, job evaluation, payroll, compensation benefit, industrial relations. Proficient in English, both oral and written Computer literate and able to master software applications. Have a strong commitment, honest, firm, disciplined, detailed and wise. Spirited as a leader and adept at communicating well with all parties, both internal and external. Have the ability to lead, delegate, train and provide motivation to increase employee loyalty. Placement in Kalimantan
